Steel Stake Racks
Rack Heights: 42" for all sizes
Posts are die formed, and steel slats are roll formed and die crimped
Posts are arc welded to slats to form steel stake racks
Stake racks for regular and heavy-duty platforms are made with 14-gauge steel posts and 18-gauge steel slats. Extra heavy duty and outside stake pocket platforms have racks made with 12-gauge steel posts and 16-gauge steel slats
Each stake rack is reinforced at its base for extra strength at, and above, the floor line
Stake racks feature acrylic e-coat immersion priming for protection against rust and corrosion
Available in black, white or prime paint. Wood slats are also available in 1" x 6" (nominal) dense southern yellow pine with a clear finish or black enamel.
If factory-finished in black or white, the stake racks feature a powder coat topcoat. In this process electrically charged paint powder is applied to the racks. The racks then move through a baking oven which melts the powder and provides a smooth, glossy, chip-resistant finish.
