Each platform is supported by a steel understructure. We offer three platform models - regular duty, heavy duty & extra heavy duty.

		Heavy Duty Heavy duty platforms are built to handle heavier and longer loads associated with municipal operation and construction. They are available in lengths of 9' to 24' and are 96" wide. Understructure Long Sills - Longitudinal sills of structural steel channel ranging from 6" 8.2# to 8" 11.5#. Crossmembers - 11 gauge roll-formed "G" channels on 15" centers (average). Outer Rails - 5 3/4" high outer rails formed of 11 gauge steel Pockets - Reinforced with a 12 gauge steel box welded into the rails.

		Extra Heavy Duty Extra heavy duty platforms are extra tough, designed for continued rugged service. They are available in lengths 12' to 24'. Understructure Long Sills - Structural steel channel long sills range from 7" 9.8# to 8" 11.5#. Crossmembers - Structural steel channels on 12" centers. Outer Rails - 6" high outer rails are die-formed of 7 gauge steel. Pockets - Reinforced with a 10 gauge steel box welded into the rails and will accept a 2" x 4" stake.

		Extra Heavy Duty with Outside Stake Pockets The outside stake pockets allow full utilization of the platform floor. Extra heavy duty platforms with outside stake pockets feature 2" x 3/8" flat bar tie down rails. They are available in lengths 12' to 24'. Understructure Long Sills - Structural steel channel long sills range from 7" 9.8# to 8" 11.5#. Crossmembers - Structural steel channels on 12" centers. Outer Rails - 6" high outer rails are die-formed of 7 gauge steel.
